New Wings of Uzbekistan: Centrum Air Adds Eleventh Aircraft to Its Fleet

Centrum Air has welcomed a new Airbus A321neo to its fleet, marking the 11th aircraft overall and the fifth member of the NEO family in the airline’s growing lineup.

The new Airbus A321-253NX, registered as UK32132, was assembled at the Airbus facility in Hamburg. The aircraft successfully completed all required factory checks, including a comprehensive flight test on July 8. During the 2-hour 25-minute flight, the crew tested the aircraft’s systems across various phases — including climb, cruise, and descent.

Equipped with the latest CFMI LEAP-1A33 engines, the aircraft delivers increased fuel efficiency and lower noise emissions. Painted in Centrum Air’s signature livery, the new A321neo will soon begin operating on both regional and international routes.

Centrum Air remains Uzbekistan’s most rapidly growing private airline. In just 2.5 years since its founding, the company has launched 11 aircraft and opened more than 35 destinations. By the end of 2025, the fleet is expected to reach 14 aircraft, expanding to 21 by the end of 2026.

"Each new aircraft is another step toward making air travel more accessible for our passengers. We’re not just growing our fleet — we’re building a modern, innovative, and passenger-focused airline. The new A321neo represents reliability, sustainability, and comfort," said Centrum Air founder and CEO Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov.
